Day For Night

In December 2015, Immersioncy collaborated with Free Press Houston and Work-Order to launch the inaugural Day for Night. As a unique player in the music festival industry, the event programmed world-class visual installations in the emerging fields of computational art and code sculpting with popular musical artists such as Kendrick Lamar, New Order, Janelle Monae, Dillon Francis and more. As the public and media relations arm of the festival, Immersioncy garnered global coverage as disparate as Jakarta, London, and Cairo in such outlets as The UK Daily Mail, Vibe, Complex Magazine, Vice, Live Nation TV, Creator's Project, Consequence of Sound and more. In total, more than 200 stories were published by 180 credentialed reporters.

Free Press Summer Festival

As the creators of the most lucrative component of Free Press Summer Festival, Immersioncy was contracted to create a media-worthy and memorable VIP program. In addition to designing and producing the "Fancy Pants" program, Immersioncy also self-funded it through sponsorship alignments as well as promoted it successfully through years of robust media coverage.

ABSOLUT Spark unMasquerade

In the spirit of Absolut Vodka's global event series promoting the Spark bottle, Immersioncy designed, promoted, and produced an activation which attracted over three thousand attendees. In the audience were dozens of reporters, sports celebrities, museum directors, and Houston's biggest social media influencers.

"The Absolut Spark Unmasquerade. Be YOU. Be HOU. revels in Houston's unique culture of individuality - come as your quintessential you. It doesn't matter who you are, let's come together and #SparkYourNight!"

IKEA Great Ramen Challenge

Immersioncy designed, promoted, and produced an event for IKEA which drew over two thousand attendees and, according to the marketing director, garnered more attention from the media than any single store event in IKEA Houston's history. A panel of media personalities judged samples from six of Houston's biggest chefs from restaurants including Underbelly, Uchi, Kata Robata, Cove, Eatsie Boys, and Boheme.

Deep Eddy Vodka Pajamboree

Immersioncy designed, promoted, aligned sponsorships, and produced an activation which included Deep Eddy Vodka, American Apparel, and many more. More than 1700 people were in attendance and the event garnered significant pre-event and post-event media coverage.

FPSF Kickoff with Bun B & Uchi

As a tool to promote one of Immersioncy's signature programs at Free Press Summer Festival, "Fancy Pants," we designed, promoted, and produced the kickoff breakfast at the event. Aligning numerous celebrity brands such as Uchi's Chef Philip Speer, Bun B, and Dan the Automator, the event garnered significant media coverage. It was once recognized by The Houston Chronicle's leading food critic, Alison Cook as "The World's Most Publicized Breakfast."

Feast: A Dinner Series

Immersioncy designed, promoted, and produced a series of dinners which raised funds and awareness for The Blaffer Art Museum's exhibition, "Feast: Radical Hospitality in Contemporary Art." The concept attracted many dozens of stories in the media including national exposure in BusinessWeek and The New York Times.
